Cozy and spacious one bedroom suite located just minutes to Downtown Prescott Square. Short walk or drive to Whiskey Row, restaurants, shops, hiking trails and lakes. See all outdoor activities that our wonderful community of Prescott has to offer.
The bedroom comes with one king sized bed, a walk-in closet, and sliding glass doors to back private patio area.
The bathroom comes with a relaxing jacuzzi tub and shower combo, toilet, and sink.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary amenities including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator, freezer, crockpot, toaster, and coffee maker. We provide utensils, grilling tools, pots and pans, cutting boards, and measuring cups.
This unit has a living room area with a sofa, reclining chair, desk space for a laptop or iPad, and a large 70 inch flat screen TV. The dining area seats up to 4 guests.
Please be advised this building has two units (A & B). When renting either unit, please be considerate with noise levels for your neighbors. The front outdoor patio, bbq grill, and fire pit are shared among all units and is a common area.

Summary: This property was very cozy and welcoming. The bedroom, walk-in closet, kitchen, dining room, and living were all very spacious for my wife and I. The bathroom was a little small, but the jacuzzi tub definitely made it up for it. The washer and dryer, along with the fully furnished kitchen were very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this loft to any couple visiting the Prescott area. The gas station caddy corner from this loft was conveniently located, and it had the lowest price in the area.
