Summary: This is exactly as advertised...a spacious, well stocked apartment. If you like peace and quiet, Palm-Mar is for you, and this apartment, and development is terrific. Just an FYI: the apartment faces east, so after some morning sun you're not going to get any direct light in the apartment. It's not dark! But just not sun-lit either.
