My house is located in a small town of 1210 inhabitants, called Vignone, located on the first hill from Lake Maggiore and VERBANIA and surrounded by the Alps. The Swiss border is about 10 km away. As the crow flies and 30 km. along the state road that runs alongside the lake. From Malpensa it is 75 Km. Away (About 1 hour). From the VERBANIA Pallanza railway station 13.5 Km. The house, also called Villa Grandi, was built in the early 1900s initially only for a family and subsequently divided into condominium apartments. The house is very bright, with large windows, warm and welcoming for a tot. the 120 square meters distributed over 2 floors, with internal staircase. Unfortunately, this apartment is not recommended for people with disabilities or walking problems. Living area below and sleeping area above. Two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 with 2 single beds. Eat-in kitchen with dining table, ideal for breakfast. Lounge with sofa, flat screen TV, round table with transparent chairs, coffee tables. Small balcony from which to enjoy the splendid panorama below. Bathroom with shower. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms 1 double double and one twin with 2 single beds and bathroom with Jacuzzi. Free parking space on site in the park of the Villa (n. 19). The surrounding nature offers the opportunity for walks, sports and cultural discoveries. Lake Maggiore and its surroundings are full of picturesque places, full of charm and history. Enjoy a day on a boat or on the mountain paths, a candlelit dinner, a glass of Langhe wine, some tourist visits to the wonders in the surrounding area. Everything is possible !
