Sailor's Delight - You don’t have to be a sailor to be delighted by this spacious nautically themed gulf view residence. Although it is tucked away in a special world of its own as part of the beach side residential community of Tang O Mar you will still find yourself in the heart of everything Destin’s Miramar Beach has to offer. At Sailors Delight the glistening jewel toned gulf may be seen in the distance, which is just a short leisurely stroll away. However this beach home comes with a complimentary golf cart for your use so you may pack up your cooler, grab the picnic basket and zip on down for a day at the beach, which is only 150 yards away. The gracious Great Room has soaring cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows that face the long open deck with the glistening gulf serving as a scenic backdrop. Since many of the plate glass windows are on the wall near the upper rafters, shafts of light brighten the entire room in spectacular fashion. On one side of this expansive room is some built in shelving with decorative art and books that gives it a warm homey feel. The center of this custom cabinetry has a flat screen TV. High-speed Internet service is also available. A large leather couch comfortably doubles as a Sleeper Sofa and two wide armchairs provide plenty of seating. On the other side of the room next to one of the walls of windows is a charming rough-hewn planked dining table that seats eight under a shaded chandelier. Overlooking this wonderful space is a big open kitchen with a wrap around counter that has five woven straw bar seats, which makes it a great spot for entertaining, and enjoying favorite cold libations. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and counter space available along with ample appliances for creating your own family seafood feast. All four bedrooms in this home are on the first floor level. The Master Suite has a king sized bed beside glass doors that lead out to the private balcony that overlooks the shimmering gulf waters in the distance. This suite also has a full private bathroom that includes a glass walled shower as well as a separate bath. Each of the three Guest Bedrooms is individually decorated with upscale furnishings that are both colorful and serene. They share two other full baths that are easily and conveniently accessible. The Bonus Room surprise here is a Game Billiard Room in the open upstairs loft that is connected below via a decorative wrought iron railed staircase. From here you may look down into the Great Room or out through the window wall at the gorgeous gulf in the distance. A big Wet Bar has plenty of bar seats that face a wall mounted TV for fun lively sporting events. A billiard table centers this room and there is a shuffleboard game as well.
