Summary: Excellent hotel location and rooms. Its the fifth time we stayed at this hotel as we really like it.... BUT unfortunately the cleanliness of the facilities and rooms is terrible. We stayed at the loft rooms which are really nice and comfy but the room floor was full of beach sand. Even the bed sheets had sand on them. The veranda was like you were in a field full of dust. The bathroom had mould on the ceiling and walls. Maintenance and cleaning service of this hotel needs to be upgraded as it deserves a lot more.
