We live in an area east of Quito, just 30 minutes from the city and very close to the airport. It's a quiet town, located at a point from which you can visit many places of interest within 40 to 90 minutes (Quito city, lakes and lagoons, the Middle of the World, Cotopaxi Volcano, hot springs, artisan markets, etc.). We even have access to the bike path that currently runs along the old train tracks, offering a scenic walk through the open countryside to the bottom of the Chiche Canyon, passing through three tunnels and enjoying beautiful scenery along each section of the path, all the way to Cumbayá with direct access to the Scala Shopping Center.
We have a full apartment available on the third floor with a beautiful view and access to the upper terrace. It consists of 4 double bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with a queen-size bed, 1 single bedroom with a queen-size bed, and 2 double bedrooms with queen-size beds.It has one shared bathroom, one bathroom in the living room, and one bathroom in the master bedroom. It also has a large kitchen with a breakfast area, a dining room, a living room, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. It also has a studio with panoramic views of the Cotopaxi Volcano. We also have a grassy patio, a pool table, and a BBQ area on the ground floor.
We can offer short tours to nearby tourist spots (for 4 people) and provide information on how to get to more remote adventure spots so you can have a safe and relaxing experience.
There is a shared television in the living room and a Bluetooth speaker for background music.
Parking is available.
The host family occupies the first two floors, and someone is always available to assist with any needs.
In the surrounding area, you can find supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, hardware stores, the town's central park with a beautiful fountain and a charming, historic church, cafes, pharmacies, ATMs, and public and private transportation. Despite these amenities being nearby, the house is in a quiet and peaceful setting.
