There’s a covered outside staircase providing access to the 3 levels. The villa is beautifully appointed and offers barefoot luxury in an ecofriendly environment. Nestled in majestic Soliman Bay, this place is the best-kept secret in the Mayan Riviera and near trendy Tulum. The home offers incomparable views of the rich blues of the ocean right outside your door, filled with swaying coconut palms and privy to ocean breezes. The floor to ceiling glass doors offer direct access to the white sands of the beach, and the soothing sound of the Caribbean sea. Appointed with spectacular terraces on all three floors, all with floor-to-ceiling glass doors, which allow you to soak up the incomparable views of the aquamarine sea. This “stunning views” villa exudes an understated elegance, with natural stonework in all 3 kitchens and 5 bathrooms, and mahogany carpentry in all 4 bedrooms. You are bound to fall in love with this private home, a perfect get-away-from-it-all place, which allows for parent-pleasing perks, such as a pool with a large shallow end, and endless distractions for the little ones. A sun-drenched romantic corner of paradise, the villa offers ample opportunities for pampering one-self by booking onsite massages, on or off the beach, or a chef for any number of meals, relaxing with a sundowner glass of bubbly al fresco on your own private terrace. The beach in front of Nah Saastal is all sand, ideal for easy access for a dip in the sea. There is a reef at the end of the Bay, offering protection from the ocean waves which enables enjoyable water activities such as snorkelling, kayaking, paddleboarding, all of which are available for guests use. This Beach House is the ideal base for excursions into the quaint town of Tulum and its famous pyramids 15 minutes away, or Playa del Carmen and it’s world class shopping, 40 minutes away. There is never a shortage of theme parks nearby as well as the crystalline water “cenotes”. The owner or the manager will be happy to provide a customized list of activities, but with your private beach and famous snorkelling on your doorstep, chances are you won’t want to stray far from the peace and quiet of the Bay. The house is walled on 3 sides (not the beach side) and has a gate which is locked every night.
