MGM Signature - 31-620 | Apartment in Las Vegas

Summary: This is an 874 Sq foot 1 BR/2Bath Luxury condo located on the 31st penthouse floors. It is a corner unit with your own private balcony overseeing amazing unobstructed views of Las Vegas; Including Lazy River Pool, Top Golf, The Airport, and surrounding mountain views with sunrise. Views of MGM Grand Casino and Luxor Casino are easily seen just to the right (see pictures). The bedroom has a King Size bed, HDTV, and full bath with dual vanities, and Hot Tub/Jacuzzi. Living area has a HDTV, pull out sofa bed, full bath and shower. There is a full kitchen with Sub-zero refrigerator/ice maker, oven, microwave, stove top, dishwasher, coffee maker (K-cup or ground) and blender. The unit is located in Tower 1 with Starbucks in the Lobby, and is the closest to the MGM pools/Lazy River, The District and MGM Grand Casino, with easy access using an automated moving walkway. The District has a food court, restaurants, and shops. Other perks; small stereo (with CD player, Bluetooth connection, and radio), DVD player (simply disconnect the TV HDMI and connect the DVD HDMI to use), LED floor lamp (with 5 different colors), backgammon, chess and checkers game set. Our unit is always clean upon your arrival and sanitized as recommended by the Southern Nevada Health District to prevent the spread and transmission of COVID19. There are NO Resort Fees and you have Free Valet Parking. This is my personal condo, so the pictures are accurate and of the actual unit. The Space: Vegas Safe: The Signature staff and our professional cleaning service are following steps recommended by the Southern Nevada Health District to reduce any further transmission in our communities. They are also following the CDC guidelines including wearing disposable gloves, gowns, and masks for all tasks in the cleaning process, including handling trash. THE CLEANING FEE COVERS CLEANINGS CONDUCTED BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR STAY. Daily cleaning is available for a fee upon request. Front desk, bellhop, and valet services have resumed 24 hour service. The Signature has announced its restaurants and bar outlets will be open with some operating at reduced hours. The Signature pool hours are still to be determined. As of now, the guests at the MGM Signature cannot access amenities in the MGM Grand due to Covid-19, but you will still have access to all the amenities of the MGM Signature. Currently only Tower 1 gym and pool (weather permitting) are open. It is recommended that guests get in touch with the concierge and/or check The Signature website about what amenities are available as this may change daily. The concierge can be reached at 702.797.6016. It is also recommended to bring a mask as different establishments will have different regulations. Guest Access: The MGM Signature is a secure and gated Luxury Resort. Free valet is offered with your stay. There are multiple pools and gyms. The Signature offers free concierge services for guests, free WiFi, room service and laundry facilities. Pool access is free with complimentary towels, while food and drink available for purchase. Other Things to Note: - The price is all-inclusive, which means there are no taxes or resort fees added in. Keep this in mind when comparing the rates to a hotel, as they will add these fees at check-in and not include them in the advertised rate. -I apologize, but I can't accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You can leave your luggage at the bell desk though, before or after your stay. - Housekeeping is included in the total price, which includes cleanings before check-in and after check-out. Daily housekeeping is not included but is available for between $20-$45, depending on the services you are requesting. The contact information for the vendor is in the room. - There are 2 beds, with the 2nd bed being a pull-out sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available in the closet or upon request. - We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees. Interaction with Guests: The check-in and check-out is like a hotel. The front desk is available 24/7 for any maintenance issues. The concierge service is available to all guests. The front desk will require a credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $200-$300 hold on the card during your stay. This will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation.
