Surrounded by lush tropical landscape and a classic island motif this super cute 3 bedroom 2 bath villa houses the perfect amount of coastal chic style and flare. Tastefully decorated in warm beach tones, the airy and spacious living area offers plenty of seating for both dining and entertaining. Cook up the catch of the day in the well-lit full kitchen and then dine alfresco out on the paver patio as you enjoy the warm tropical island breezes of Boca Grande. Step into the Master suite which boasts a King size bed, TV, plenty of storage, fresh and vibrant island decor, and an en-suite bath. The second bedroom offers a Queen size bed, serene seaside color scheme, fine furnishings, and en-suite Jack & Jill bath. The third bedroom shines with it’s nautical decor, Queen sofa bed, and plenty of natural light. This cozy retreat is the perfect distance to enjoy all that Boca Grande has to offer. Stroll down to Park Ave, shop in one of the many island boutiques, dine at any of our local restaurants, or take a short cruise over to our world class pristine beaches. The island is awaiting your arrival. Jack's House 2 is the side villa at 370 Tarpon and does share the laundry and outdoor patio with the first villa.
