2 bedroom - 2 bath 2 year old pristine 3rd floor corner unit condo at Linda Vista in Las Conchas. 1 block from the BEACH. Gorgeous ocean views from your private balcony PLUS the entire rooftop of Linda Vista is perfectly set up for your gatherings. YOU CAN DRINK THE WATER! Reverse Osmosis system at Kitchen sink which ALSO feeds to the ice maker so you don't have to bring your own water and ICE!! Linda Vista has its own pools and play area in the fenced common area. High-end finishes in the kitchen and the luxurious bathrooms. High speed internet and Smart TVs. 1 King bed, 2 double beds and convertible sectional sleeper sofa sleeps 2 (or 3 small people). The Linda Vista development is still under active construction and not all units are complete, so you will enjoy a lot of peace and privacy!

The security guard will be notified of the dates of your visit and will have your names and the number of people in your party. Each guest will have a wrist band from the guard to wear at all times. Extra guests may not enter the complex without strict permission given beforehand.

The hours of use of the pool is from eight (8:00) am to ten (10:00) pm. Diving within the pool area is not permitted. Glass objects of any kind are not allowed inside the pool area. Children under the age of 14 (fourteen) may not use the pool unless accompanied by an adult. The POOL area does not have a lifeguard.

There is a sand volleyball court in the common area by the pool and a BBQ grill under a veranda by the pool for guests use.

A Restaurant just opened up in the Linda Vista complex just downstairs, "Los Patrones"! with hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, closed on Tuesdays.
