Beautiful converted stables with some added special extras nestled in Happisburgh countryside 1 mile from the coast.Sleeps 6, suitable for part time wheel chair users. 2 bedrooms - Double with ensuite whirlpool bath & twin (electric bed) & double sofa bed (front room), wet room (wheelchair accessible). Open plan living & dining for 6, kitchen; dishwasher, washing machine & Tassimo. Underfloor heating, Smart TVs, Alexa, Netflix, Private courtyard garden with Chiminea (BBQ & Pizza Stone). Use of sauna (shared - temporarily closed due to covid 19). The space Boundary Stables is a small complex of privately individually owned holiday properties (5) with countryside views, shared grassed paddock for little ones and fury friends to run around in and a shared onsite sauna which is temporarily closed due to covid 19 restrictions. Goldfinch is the largest of the properties and has 2 allocated spaces immediately outside the property (graveled parking with paved pathway). Goldfinch is all on one level and is suitable for guests who are part time wheelchair users. The property has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen with bi-fold doors leading out to the south facing garden. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven & hob and Tassimo coffee machine. Dining table with plenty of room for 6 people and a high chair is available (cot also available please confirm requirements in your booking). The living room has 2 sofas (one converts to a comfy small double bed), fireplace with electric log effect fire and a reading nook with rocking chair and a selection of books. There is plenty to keep you entertained with a variety of board games, DVDs , Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and Alexa to answer every question you cant during a board game !! A large twin bedroom with built in wardrobes and views across the fields is just off the hallway. Plenty of space for your belongings and an electric adjustable bed for our guests who benefit from a little support (adjusts height, head and feet) the room also has a Smart tv with complimentary Netflix access.Opposite is the wet room which is wheel chair accessible. The master bedroom again has built in wardrobes, individual wall mounted directional bed lights if you like to read into the night and the other half wants to sleep, smart TV with complimentary Netflix and a large ensuite with full sized whirlpool bath (bath salts provided) and shower (over bath). We pop a little stool in so you can perch to do your makeup or indeed pop a wine glass on it to help enjoy a relaxing jet bath! The courtyard garden is fully enclosed and is a sunny little spot with room to dine under the pergola to shade you from direct sun. We have a couple of loungers to lie back on and enjoy the rays also. A chiminea is a great little fire for when the nights get a little chilly but you are still enjoying being outside and it even doubles up as a BBQ and we have a pizza stone for you budding Italian chefs to try! We welcome furry friends with our fully enclosed courtyard garden and we provide a few comforts to help them settle in including absorbent towel for those who like a seaside paddle, dog bowls, treats, pooh bags and a teddy bear throw for them to cosy up on. We have some mobility support items that are available for our guests who benefit from a little extra help. Location Its a perfect getaway with Happisburgh village approx 1 mile away where you can find gorgeous beaches, the famous lighthouse, cafe fresh fish shop, post office and family friendly pub. The nearby villages offer yet more beautiful beaches, fantastic fish n chips, family and dog friendly pubs and supermarkets. Nearby Walcott village has 2 good pubs and the best fish n chips around, Bacton has a lovely cafe with amazing cakes and Sea Palling has scrummy fresh donuts - plus they all have wonderful sandy beaches. North Norfolk has so much to see and do, Happisburgh is a great spot to explore with Norwich and Great Yarmouth 15 miles away, Horsey Windpump and seals on the beach approx 5 miles down the coast, Wroxham the gateway to the Norfolk Broads is 10 miles and you must try some Cromer crab! Getting around Fantastic spot for countryside walks both through fields and along the north norfolk coastal path (maps provided). The nearest towns are Stalham (4 miles), North Walsham (6 miles), Wroxham (10 miles) where youll find lots of bus routes, train line, supermarkets, shops, banks, cafes and of course fish n chips
