Positive: Immaculately clean. No doubt about that. Close to restaurants and retail stores.
Negative: Paper thin walls. You can hear people on second floor walking across the ceiling. When the people above showered or flushed the toilet, you could hear water trickling thru the walls. The TV volume is purposely kept low.
Summary: Good value, but request a 2nd floor room.
