Casa Toucan is located right on the beautiful white sand beach in Puerto Morelos, and is very conveniently located to the Town Square, the market, the ATM, and all of the wonderful restaurants of Puerto Morelos. Everything is within a 2-3 minute walk, so it is rare that our guests need to rent a car or hire a taxi unless they are traveling outside of Puerto Morelos. The property is very beautiful, very peaceful, and very quiet. Casa Toucan is a private, divided Villa (not part of a larger condo complex). We have four private apartments on the property - please check our other listings here for units Toucan 2 (one bedroom, one bathroom) , Toucan 3 (one bedroom, one bathroom studio), and Toucan 4 (one bedroom, one bathroom). Our Villa provides spectacular ocean views of the Caribbean and our white sandy beach. The apartments are comfortably equipped with ceiling fans and all bedrooms have air conditioning. Each unit has lots of windows providing outstanding views of the ocean and assuring excellent airflow from the Caribbean breezes. All apartments have high-speed (100 Mbps!) Internet access with WiFi. Each also has a flat-screen television with on-demand access to our library of almost 1000 movies, series, and other programs as well as over ten thousand songs in our music library. Toucan 1 is our large, airy, and comfortable ground-floor apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a full kitchen. The bedrooms feature air conditioning and one king-size and one queen-size bed with VERY comfortable pillow-top mattresses and 600 thread-count sheets. Toucan 1 has a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of the Caribbean, and it opens onto the pool area with a patio. The apartments can be rented separately or together for family and friends. Combine the units for up to five bedrooms and five bathrooms. We accommodate adults 18+ only - no children please.
